Supply

  • Flowers may be delivered in bud to prolong their life and prevent transit damage.
  • All products shown are subject to availability, as are delivery slots.
  • To ensure the best quality is supplied, we reserve the right to substitute flowers in a bouquet with those of equal value.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
  • You must be over the age of 18 years old to purchase alcohol with your flowers order under the Licensing Act of 2003

Delivery arrangements

Carrier delivery

Flowers and plants delivery is free even for next day to most UK postcodes.

For next day delivery please order by 3pm the previous working day (Saturday for Monday delivery), conditional on slots being available.

We deliver between 8am and 7pm Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) but cannot guarantee delivery times.

Postal delivery

Our flowers by post range are packed fresh and still in bud to prevent transit damage to the petals. They are tied into the box for delivery via the Royal mail first class system.

You will be asked to select a delivery day (Tuesday to Saturday) in checkout, and your flowers will usually be delivered within 2 working days of your chosen date.

Note: we cannot guarantee the delivery date of this service. If you require a guaranteed date please select a bouquet from the carrier delivered range.

Delivery exceptions

We want to ensure that we deliver only the freshest flowers and plants, so unfortunately we cannot offer a delivery service to the following postcodes: Northern Ireland, all AB, BT1-99, DD8-11, all GY, all HS, all IM, all IV, all JE, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-50, PA60-78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH50, TR21-25, all ZE.

Please note: Flowers and plants will be left in a safe place, with a card through the letterbox saying where they have been left .

Change or cancel an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order contact our Customer Service team on 0800 188 881 any time between 8am-10pm Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm Saturday and 9am-7pm Sunday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.

You can amend or cancel your flowers order up to 12 noon on the day before the scheduled delivery date you requested (Saturday for Monday delivery). The exception to this is within the 5 working days immediately prior to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, when we regret we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations

Track your order

To check your order status, just click on the Your orders link at the top of the page, sign in and then View orders.

  • Order received means your order hasn't been processed yet.
  • Order processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods.
  • Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.
  • Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.

If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being despatched from a different location. However, if your order is incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us by email or telephone.

Product warnings

Our flowers should not be eaten. Please note that the edible products may contain nuts or nut oil.

Some products include lilies. Their pollen may stain and can be harmful to pets if eaten.
