Step forward the KM070 from Kenwood. This revolutionary food mixer incorporates induction cooking technology, that lets you control cooking temperatures accurately, making even the most challenging recipes easy and quick to prepare.
The temperature can be set between 20 to 140ºC, the timer for up to 3 hours, while the 6.7L bowl is ideal for large quantities. There are 3 stir settings for a continuous slow stirring and 2 for a different slow intermittent stirring depending on the dish.

A béchamel sauce
Just add the ingredients and set the machine on a continuous mixing and cooking setting for a perfect sauce leaving you free to take care of the rest of the meal.
A risotto
A specially designed heat resistant tool cooks the risotto all in one with the gentle intermittent stir setting doing all the hard work.
A classic chocolate mousse
Melt the chocolate without the need for a bain-marie, and set the temperature and time for consistently perfect results.
A French cassoulet
Use the food processing or slicing and shredding attachments to prepare the vegetables, then sauté and cook all together in the bowl.
We almost forgot to mention the steamer basket – use this for vegetables steamed just as you like them – while you concentrate on another task.
