Sleek, hand-forged wrought iron and steel garden furniture, coated with nylon and aluminium, giving a durable rust and weather-resistant finish. Partial self assembly required.

In all pieces except the lounger, an iron phosphate undercoat and primer coat are added to the wrought iron and steel frame to increase rust protection and achieve even bonding of the topcoat. The product is heated before a final Thermosint Elotherm coating. The product is heated again at up to 350°C resulting in a finish that is 7-8 times thicker than normal paint.
