The new Dyson Hot™ fan heater looks very different to conventional fan heaters. And it works very differently too. Instead of fast spinning blades, it uses Dyson's patented Air Multiplier™ technology to project heat further. Air is drawn in at the base of the heater by an energy-efficient motor.
A combination of the technologies used in turbochargers and jet engines generates powerful airflow. Air behind and around the machine is then drawn into the airflow through physical processes called inducement and entrainment, amplifying it 6 times. The machine oscillates smoothly to distribute heat across the whole room.
And because there are no blades or visible heating elements, there's no need for a safety grille. This makes AM04 easy to clean – just wipe it with a cloth. You can select your target temperature to the degree, and an intelligent thermostat keeps it there.
