Our recent awards

Britain's Favourite Retailer 2010: John Lewis has been voted Britain's favourite retailer in a poll of over 6,000 shoppers. The survey, carried out by retail analysts Verdict Research, ranks John Lewis first for customer satisfaction, with the same score as 2009 when we were also delighted to be awarded top spot. Customers were asked to rank high street shops on a number of key criteria: range, price, convenience, quality, service, ambience, facilities and layout. We've now achieved first place 7 times and second place 4 times in the 11 years this survey has been conducted.

Best High Street Retailer 2009: John Lewis was also voted best high street retailer in the Which? Awards 2009.

We’d like to thank all our customers for the continuing support that has helped us earn these veru welcome endorsements, and to acknowledge the hard work of all our 65,000 Partners in achieving such recognition. Thank you.
