Your personal nursery advisor
Our Nursery advisors are here to help with expert, impartial advice. From pushchairs to potties, cribs to car seats, we can guide you to what's best for you and your new family.
The advisor will discuss your needs and help you compile a Nursery list of everything you'll need. You can book an individual consultation, completely free of charge and with no minimum spend. Either speak to an assistant in one of our Nursery departments, call your local John Lewis (except High Wycombe and at Home shops), or contact us via the link below.
How the service works
When you arrive for your appointment, your personal advisor will discuss your needs, guide you round the Nursery department and help you compile a Nursery list. Appointments typically last around 2 hours.
Your Nursery list is then registered on our computer system. It'll be easy for friends and family to choose gifts if you share your list with them, and anyone can buy items from any John Lewis shop, online or by phone. You can check the status of your Nursery list whenever you want, as well as add and remove items.
