Designed for tough workouts, the Adidas Cool Training Core 3/4 tights are made using a CLIMACOOL® fabric to keep you cool and dry. They're designed with a handy key pocket so you can stow your key securely while you're out training.

Adidas was started in 1920 by the German shoe designer, Adi Dassler who worked alongside his brother, Rudolf to build a successful sports footwear company. The brand’s name comes from its founder’s nickname, Adi and the first part of his surname. Wanting to create a sports company with a different direction, Rudolf later left Adidas and started Puma.

Adidas have a long history of association with Olympic athletes. One of the most high profile sponsored by the brand is Jesse Owens, an American who won 4 gold medals in the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games. Today, Adidas sponsor various sporting teams, from the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team to the English cricket team.

Useless Product I purchased these tights to do some light exercise in and the odd gym trip. There is no grip on these trousers and if you do more than walk slowly in a straight line they will start to fall down. I have owned addidas gym gear before and never had this problem. 16 January 2013

Dissapointing These pants were of such poor quality, they lacked the lycra and stretch to stay up! Returned right away. 17 September 2012

Size Guide Misleading I ordered a Large since the size guide indicated that this was a UK size 12. When my stuff arrived, they appeared larger than normal and when I checked the label I noted that they are a 16-18 (I ordered a top to match). The size guide is misleading and the training pants and top will have to go back. I'm reluctant to order the next size down in case that's not the right size either. John Lewis will have to indicate the actual sizes instead of stating S, M, L, and XL. If the label says size 16-18 then indicate this on the size guide so that the customer can order what they need. The rating does not apply to the product itself as I like Adidas sportswear. The one star is for the disappointment of receiving an unexpected incorrect size and the inconvenience involved in having to return them. 16 September 2012

A must for hi-intensity sports These are fab. Whatever the magical cooling technology is, it's good - I wore this for some intensive training, and it definitely wicks away perspiration. Also, they stay up - there's no yanking your leggings up as you work out, even though the waist band doesn't dig in. They are leggings afterall so they're pretty body con, but they were a pleasure to wear (and seem pretty hardy too). I wonder if the three go-faster stripes at the side will work?... 10 August 2012

Good fit but fabric off-putting These were one of several pairs of gym capris tried and although the fit and sizing was accurate for me, I really didn't like the satiny like material used. Super comfy but prefer a matt look personally. 10 July 2012
