Turns your TV into an IPad Although it seems expensive for a connector no more than 10 centimetres long this device really does allow you to view whatever appears on your IPad on any Television with an HDMI connection. It's great for sharing photos and videos and for a family browse of holiday options. What a nifty little bit of kit I purchased this as I wanted a way to view an Ibook on my TV screen and also to view some HD TV shows I had bought on the itunes store. The adaptor is smaller than I thought it would be, but very neat and stylish and fits snugly into the connection as does my HDMI cable, It does exactly what Apple says it will do and the HD shows look great, I only wish I could've got it to play them in 5.1 from my ipad3 , but I'm sure theres a device that will do this as well, if not Apple will be making one very soon. 09 September 2012

Really useful product So far I have only used it to watch iPlayer on my tv set, I found this really good for watching a programme I hadn't been able to watch live or record. 04 July 2012

Adds another use for the ipad. Easy to connect to the tv via HDMI cable and, as far as I can tell, anything on the iPad can be viewed on the tv screen. So with wifi connected it effectively turns the tv into a smart tv. 01 June 2012

Technology that works!!!! I bought this for my new iPad so that I could watch iplayer and 4od on the TV in my bedroom. you simply attach this to your iPad and then attach a hdmi cable between this device and the TV. You then change he input source on yor tv to hdmi and it mirrors what is on your iPad with sound. I found this really useful as I do not have a pvr and so can catch up on programmes I have missed. A great device be it a little expensive for what it is. 01 May 2012
