Growing Giffoni hazelnuts is ancient art in the Campania region of Italy, which is fertile in volcanoes, and dates back as far as the third century BC.
Artisan du Chocolat roast their Giffoni hazelnuts and smother them in Gianduja, an Italian soft mix of hazelnut praline and chocolate. They are then covered in Colombian dark chocolate with a fine dusting of cocoa powder, creating a delicious and moreish treat.
