A unique and elegant clock that is handmade from recycled vending machine coffee cups. The cups are sourced locally to keep the cost and environmental impact to a minimum.
The compressed cups make an innovative material that has a solid, heavy, quality feel much like slate. The clock created is perfect for both inside and out, and is completely weatherproof.
ashortwalk's founding designer and inventor Dan was fresh from Dyson when he relocated to sunny Truro, Cornwall, to become an eco pioneer by the sea.
In less than 10 years, the operation had moved from humble beginnings in a shed into a global operation. The initial selection of keenly designed tide and time clocks made way for a wealth of innovation, including unique signage with impeccable green credentials.
