Bababing Noah Highchair, Natural/White
Good Quality Highchair For The Price!
I was looking for a highchair that is particularly well made and that has longevity so it can be used beyond toddler years.
I carried out quite a bit of research on high chairs that ticked my boxes and that were reasonably priced.
After all that, I found that this highchair has done the job marvellously! Firstly, it comes with absolutely everything you need without having to pay for added extras which can be a pain.
The highchair itself is well made, sturdy and most importantly safe, as my little girl loves playing with her toys on the feeding tray which comes with the chair.
In terms of placing my little girl in and out of the chair, this I found very straight forward by squeezing the wooden bellybar so it can be removed from the chair. Once this has been completed, I simply placed my girl in the chair and squeezed it back into its slots and attached the safety harness to her. Very easy to carry out! The wife can even do it one handed!
One aspect I love about the chair is the fact that the height can be changed really easily for when my girl grows by simply moving the seat and foot board into the other slots that are located on the chair, so she can use it for years to come.
Overall, the features and accessories that are included with the chair in relation to the price is excellent, and I cannot recommend this highchair enough!

Not good for tall babies!
Afraid I wouldn't recommend this high chair. The first one we were sent did not assemble correctly as one of the holes was in the wrong place. Of course, John Lewis were as marvelous as ever and sent out a replacement one (which did fit together) straight away.
However, the chair doesn't work for our baby at all. I think it may be because she has long legs/body for her age. It is a nightmare to get her into or out of it comfortably as the space her legs need to go through is too small. The back is not high enough for her to sit comfortably either (and if we try and correct this by moving the seat down her arms get squashed by the tray!)
The harness is a pain to secure as it keeps falling off the back of the high chair and the seat pad is a very light colour so shows up food stains. The safety strap which goes between the legs only fits on the highest setting so cannot be used once you lower the seat.
Having said all that - I have a friend who says this high chair works perfectly for her baby so I think it may mainly be the height issue which stops it working for us. So if you, like us, have a tall baby probably safest to try one of John Lewis's other high chairs.

Bought this quite a few months ago now, so it's been fairly well road tested as my daughter is the messiest eater on the planet! I used to have a tripp trapp (older child), which I did like, but I must say I prefer this one as it is:
b) far easier to put together
c) it comes with everything you need
d) it comes with a feeding tray. I like the idea of my baby joining us properly at the table, which we will do when she is older, but right now, she whacks the forks and spoons on the tray instead of denting my lovely oak dining table!
I also prefer the belly bar - it is easy to put her in and out (one handed no less!) and she still seems very secure (not sure what problem the other reviewer had with the bar??) I have not felt the need to use the harness yet even though she is now 18 months old. She is a wriggly child but has been safe and secure thus far. The tray is also very easy to put on/take off.
It is easy to clean - we just wipe it with a baby wipe and then spray it with disinfectant and the tray has been fine. We have washed the seat fabric several times (as I said... messy eater) and it has come up like new. I also like the fact that it has a reasonably small footprint, and without the tray, can slide under the table.
All in all, I would highly recommend this product - in fact I liked it so much I bought one for my mum who looks after her twice a week and recommended it to two other friends who have bought one - all happy customers.
On a final note... also bought their Rockout... brilliant too!

This is the most beautiful highchair that I have ever had. I was bought this as a gift by my wonderful Mother-in-law after the birth of my third child. It is really safe and sturdy and super easy to clean. Would thoroughly recommend. Can't rave about it enough!! Love it!

Love this Highchair!!!
This high chair is great.
My little boy sits in it really comfortably and the footplate is a great addition as my little boy can rest his feet on it which I have noticed encourages him to sit in a good posture. The safety harness is also very good and holds him in very securely giving me piece of mind he is safe and securely held in the seat. He also loves playing with his cars on the tray which comes with the Highchair. This is good for me knowing he is securely held in his Highchair while I can get on with other things while he plays.
All in all a great value for money product and the icing on the cake is the fact he can also use it when he gets older for a chair in his bedroom.
I will be definitely be recommending this product to my friends at the mother and baby group.

Beautiful highchair with one flaw
This is really a gorgeous looking highchair. Solidly made and reasonably priced compared to its wooden compatriots, with the option to use with the five point harness, lift bar or both. Compared to the Trippi Trappe I found it much easier to lift my now eight month old in and out as the central and horizontal portion (also referred to by the website as the lift bar) could be maneuvered out of its sockets when the time came to put him in or out.
My only concern however is if your baby is feeling extra wriggly or hemmed in, then that very benefit can become a disadvantage as if the baby heaves himself hard enough (my baby can do so by pressing his shoulders against the back and arching his back so that his tummy presses against the bar) the bar can disengage on its own leaving you with the dangerous scenario of a baby sitting in it without restraint. I've had this happen twice now in the space of a month when I've put my baby in, attached the lift bar and he's gotten loose just as I'm trying to slip the detachable tray into position. Thank goodness he's rather confused when he does manage to get free which allows me to grab him before he can fall but it is dangerous. i've heard of this happening with another friend too so I do think it is a common flaw with this chair. The safest thing really is to use the 5 point harness, the lift bar and the detachable tray in concert. If you are looking at this highchair and thinking of using it with just the lift bar I'd think again unless you have an extra quiet, angelic baby who will not wriggle in annoyance or throw tantrums from time to time.
Otherwise a beautiful product. Just beware the caveat.

Quality high chair
Having researched a number of high chairs we decided on this one as everything was included in the price. And so far we haven't been disappointed.
Extremely sturdy chair and our 5 month old is going nowhere once strapped in.
We have had to put the seat covers in the wash, and they have come up like new again.
I'd definitely recommend this high chair.

We have just bought this high chair for our 5 1/2 month old daughter and are really happy with it. We did not want a plastic monstrosity taking up half of the living room and are delighted with this good looking compact chair.
We nearly went for one of the trip trap ones but found it pretty annoying that you had to buy all of the add ons separately for those and they don't have their own table. This chair can be used either with or without its own table, which provides good flexibility.
Our daughter sits up in it really well and looks comfortable. We have not used the harness yet but expect we will need to when she starts to get a bit more mobile. It looks like it might be a bit of a faff to clip her in and out of (it's a bit of a fiddle getting each bit of the clip in place as all four strands need to be clipped in simultaneously) but we'll see how we go. I'm not sure how this compares to harnesses on other high chairs.
So far the wipe clean seat pad has stayed clean but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up looking a bit ropey after a while and I'm not sure if you can get replacements. We will probably just end up sticking it in the washing machine and hoping for the best!
The chair arrived really quickly and was super easy to assemble.
