BabaBing Rock Out Rocker, Teal
Brilliant baby seat
My daughter has found this to be a brilliant seat and rocker. She had bought a cheaper basic seat which the baby did not enjoy as not enough support. I bought this after reading the reviews and we have not been disappointed. The 2 seat positions, good head and back support and stabilising feature make this the perfect seat/rocker. Lovely colour and quality materials too.

BEST THING I HAVE EVER BOUGHT
My son, 9 weeks old now, has been rocking away in this amazing chair every day since he came home from hospital. It is so lightweight but very sturdy and I love the fact that I can wash the liner when accidents happen! Fantastic quality product, we also have the paternity bag which is equally awesome. I was recommended both by a number of friends who already have them, so I had them shipped out to Australia!!
Baba Bing Rocks Out!

I bought this chair for one of my baby twins at 2mnths as he had acid reflux issues! The chair seemed rigid when trying to adjust the seat positions. Then a few days later one of the caps at the angle bar on the frame popped out! The second day the second one popped as the baby was in the chair and the seat popped down from the up position down to the middle one!!!!! Thankfully the baby was fine!
I took the chair back to John Lewis and was told by staff that it was one of their best sellers and they had had no returns! I had suspected that the chair had been previously used and returned ( scrapes and scratches on frame) and so went ahead and ordered another one as there was nothing I had seen that could seat him upright!
The second one lasted a few months longer and as mentioned by others the fabric makes the baby's back and head so sweaty. Adjusting the seat levels is rigid and you have to keep playing around with it to make sure it's clicked into position. I also forgot to mention that the frame is so light it easily bends and so now my rocker is slightly bent on one side, the first one also did this.
To conclude the concept and idea of the chair is good and the chair looks great, but quality of design is poor! I am not sure why people have given it such high scores, I can only assume because they haven't used it for long! i would never ever recommend this product!

Got better as son grew older!
This was ok with our newborn, although he looked a little lost in it and didn't seem that comfortable. He's just started to enjoy this a little more at 13 weeks old and is transfixed by the dangly toys! The toys can be removed too, and we hang them on the pram and playmat. He sleeps in this now during the day. My main criticisms would be that my son cannot rock the seat himself and he gets quite hot against the fabric.

Good but some serious design flaws
We had a pretty good experience with the rocker for the first few months however there have been some issues as she got older so I've split everything out:
Smooth rocking motion, wonderful for getting the nipper to sleep early on. 2 seat positions and it's a deep seat so baby fits snuggly and can't roll out of the side. Main part is machine washable and colour doesn't run. Flat packs well if you're short on space.
The toy bar slides easily and my baby would end up pushing/kicking it off. The velcro straps aren't very adjustable, you can attach it higher but once you move velcro up there isn't enough sticking together to hold the straps securely. My biggest issue is with the velcro straps in general, my baby could peel them open at 3 months - I spent so much time re strapping her it was ridiculous. At 5 months she managed to undo them, reach forward and fell head first out of the rocker with only the harness to hold her in from the waist. Thankfully she only bumped her head lightly and I was there when it happened to grab her straight away but I can't help but think that this is a pretty bad design fault - it should have a full 5 point harness clip system like other models. I know it's not recommended to leave a baby unattended in any rocker, but realistically you shouldn't have to put a baby in the cot every time you need the bathroom/want a cup of tea for fear that they will fall out of a rocker/bouncer they are strapped in. If/when we have another child I'll be purchasing something far more secure... this one is going in the bin.

We had this bought for us and we loved it! It rocked my little girl to sleep when tired and she could sit more up right when she wanted to be nosey. The fact that it is collapsible was a real bonus and it meant we can could hide it away when not in use. The stability legs were handy when weaning when she wasn't quite ready to sit up in a high chair. We washed the covers and they washed well without running. The toy bar was fine, but she wasn't too interested in the actual toys. We have passed it onto my brother, and he has been positive about it too. Would recommend!

practical and comfortable
bought 2 of these for twins. like how it easily stores away and is easy to alter height. its very sturdy and comfortable. both girls suffer from reflux so putting them in the rocker helps to keep their food down, easy to clean though when they don't ! nice smooth rocking movement but has the flexibility to be a solid platform for feeding. very pleased with purchase and would recommend.

Bought this bouncer based on the positive reviews. I ordered two for twins, not yet born. The toy rail for one is hopeless, it moves far too much and would cause a riot as it would end up sliding down the frame, it's too wide for the width of the chair. The second one has a much better toy rail, there's the movement you'd expect from the instructions but it also stays put where you want it, but there's a dent in the metal frame. I so wanted these rockers to be perfect as the style is great but it looks like we will be returning them.
