This is a very tight fit on the GT and, as a result, the flimsy material tore down both sides after using only a handful of times. It is now impossible to secure it properly at the foot. Shame no alternatives.

This raincover fits my GT snugly, in fact might be a tad too snug, especially around the handlebar. I have to be really careful when putting it on and taking it off as the material is a bit thin and flimsy so might tear it. Considering you have to pay extra for the raincover, I would have expected the material to be of better quality. I haven't had a chance to use it yet as the weather has been good lately, but hopefully it will last longer than I expect. It does have a velcro opening to access the handbrake, which is good as I was worried after reading previous reviews complaining about no access to handbrake

Rated 5 out of 5 by BelindaH Works well with GT, including handbreak access
I nearly didn't buy this because a previous reviewer said that there was no access to the hand break. Not sure whether this was the case with a previous model, but the one I just received has a Velcro opening at the handbreak position which makes accessing the handbreak on the GT perfectly straightforward. Also, for anyone wondering whether te cover fits the GT when it is used with the carrycot (bought separately), I can confirm that it does. Zip in the middle means that you don,t have to remove the whole cover to get your baby out or to open it back up again if the rain stops mid-expedition. All up, this product works well with the GT and zi strongly recommend it. Only tip is to air it out for a day before first use, as it had a strong plasticky smell straight out of the packaging, which faded after the first outing.

No access to the hand break makes this product totally useless to me. I was told it went with the GT as well. i live in a hilly area and use the break a lot, like when I park it to put the rain cover on. Which is how i realised I couldn't get the brake off again without removing the cover. I haven't been able to use it since.
just lucky that so far we have had quite a dry year and the pushchair has such a huge canopy. I have complained to Baby Jogger their response was "we have one coming out in 4 weeks with access to the break" highly unhelpful for all of us who have already purchased this one.

Easy to fit onto city mini gt. However although it is suggested that this raincover is compatible with gt version - you actually have to go up and under raincover to activate handbrake. Would be easy to use with standard city mini as this has footbreak. Would suggest baby jogger manufacture raincover allowing easy access to the handbrake on gt

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jul17 Great design, poor quality tears easily
When I first used this rain over I was so pleased with its design. I have a bugaboo as well and this rain cover is a far smarter design as you can uncover baby whilst in shops without removing whole cover, it is also easy to fold up small and unlike bugaboo cover in heavy rainfall keeps buggy and baby dry. However I have only used it about ten times and the seams around the zip have torn at the bottom on both sides, meaning it is no longer watertight. Very disappointing, I would rather they charged an extra £10 and made a rain cover which was more sturdy.

Really simple to put on in a hurry. Really like the zip opening so when it stops raining you don't have to remove the entire cover.

This raincover has been invaluable this summer. It takes less than a minute to put over the buggy and clip into place. It has a handy two directional zip if I want to pull the cover down without removing it completely. The only improvement I would suggest would be a handy bag to keep it in when not in use.
