my favourite jacket to date! I bought myself this jacket for christmas when it was on price match, as I had wanted it for ages and didn't want to spend too much on a jacket. I wish I had bought it sooner now even at it's original price, completely justified! It looks like a normal quilted jacket but Barbour's Polarquilt layer makes it the warmest jacket I've ever owned besides my fur! I wear it 99% of the time. It's stylish too! Now everybody I know has got one! 26 February 2013

Fabulous Jacket I read the reviews before I bought this jacket and I was glad I did. I went up a size and it fits like a dream. It is very lightweight but deceptively warm proving you don't need weight to be warm. I've worn it almost every day since I bought it - just because I can. Brilliant jacket I love this jacket! Stylish yet comfortable and and warm. I'm a standard size 12 and tall (5'11') so on reading the reviews bought a size 14, which has a (very slightly) longer back and arms and plenty of room for layering underneath. Today was v cold and snowy but I was absolutely toasty with 1 jumper underneath when walking the dog. Gorgeous. 21 January 2013

Quality,Versatile Warm & Stylish Bought this in red as a Christmas gift and it has been well received and well used. It looks great on, is well made (as you would expect from Barbour), very stylish and can be worn at any time. A secure inside pocket would be an advantage but it is not a problem. Sizing was not an issue but best size up if in doubt. If you need it to be waterproof with a hood then you need to look at another jacket. Bought it when there was 20% off - what's not to like ! 20 January 2013

Gift for the wife Orderd this online came in a John Lewis suit bag which was a great touch from John Lewis Barbour coat is well made and warm beware of fake Barbour websites offering cheap Barbour coats as I have found out 19 January 2013

Fantastic fit Tried many different styles of quilted barbour jacket but none seemed to fit right - either too tight or if I got a bigger size , the arms were too long. This style, however, fitted perfectly and is a great colour. 14 January 2013

Barbour Jacket Really warm and cosy coat. Really good fit too. The only minor fault is that the belt is too long although you can tuck it into the loops provided. 01 January 2013
