Bethan Gray for John Lewis Noah 6-10 Seater Extending Dining Table
Good Solid Table
We have had tis for 4 months now and are very pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and whilst it is very heavy we were able to turn it upright quite easily.
It seats 6 very easily when closed but you cannot have people sitting at the ends as the legs get in the way.
When extended it easily seats 10 as the ends of the table become useable. It has a good finish which is easily wiped clean and we don't use a cover or table cloth unless it is a special occasion. it is in use most days.
It is well made and looks good.

Very pleased with this table, lovely oak and very solidly built. Delivery men even put it together for me, only took 10 minutes.

We loved the design of this table. Unfortunately the quality is rubbish. The first table arrived with a gash in the extending leaf. It took John Lewis over a month to get a replacement leaf to us from their supplier. This part didn't fit the table at all - connectors in completely different places. So a replacement table was ordered. Once finally back in stock, another month later, it was sent out to us. This table could not be assembled as one of the nuts on the leg had a faulty thread. So whole table sent back for a refund as the item is once again out of stock.

Very nice piece of furniture
The table arrived well packaged; heavy piece of furniture but me and my husband managed to attach legs to table top (straight forward) and were able to turn it over without letting go!
Got matching bench and it looks very good.
Very long when fully extended but doesn't look over big thanks to its slim frame and table top.
Middle bar to hold legs together isn't a problem when sitting - my husband is very tall and he hasn't complained: must be a good sign.
Nice oak with a shine to it.
Solid buil which should last long to survive the kids :-)

A beautiful piece of furniture with a lovely wood grain. Have had it for a few weeks and am very pleased I went for this one. It does not even really need covered (as there is a subtle smooth sheen finish so easy to clean) so can be used in its full glory not hidden under a tablecloth!
