Rated 5 out of 5 I am in love!
I love the way the high chair looks it really does look the part. The chair is so simple to use and well made. I would recommend before the chair arrives or even before you make a purchase to watch some you-tube videos as they made me into an expert! and far better than reading an instruction manual. It also helped me in my final decision of getting the bloom high chair.
The fact that this chair can be used from birth was a plus point, my daughter has had good neck control from birth, she is a very alert baby that loves to look around. When we have the high chair in our front room, she loves to be up high and sitting at our level. (Plus when she dozes off we can flip it back into cradle mode for a little nap.)
I do move the high chair into my kitchen, I can drag or carry the high chair, it is not with ease but its not too heavy. it is handy as I can whizz round my kitchen and sterilize bottles whilst she watches.
I have no negative comments about this chair. I was worried in case the circular base would be too big but its just the right size and compared to the common fold out high chairs the bloom high chair takes up less floor space.

When we first got this chair, I loved it. For the 0-6 months age, it's fantastic: when in the reclining "cradle" setting, it's one of the few high chairs that newborns can use.
But from the age of about 6 months, things start getting very complicated. Yes, this highchair does a lot: but the flipside is that it has more levers and buttons and moving and changing parts than you can possibly imagine. Expect to spend several hours getting more and more frustrated as you wrestle with all the components of this chair in an attempt to install the booster seat, safety bar and trays. Do not try to adapt the chair in front of your baby because you may be tempted to swear. A lot. Basically, you need to take it apart and then put it back together again (with four additional parts) in a very strict sequence. Unfortunately, the instruction manual is almost impossible to follow. The manufacturers videos on its website and Youtube are absolutely useless. I had to make a trip back to the shop to consult three different staff members.
The most annoying thing of all is that even once you've got it set up with the booster seat, it's still not easy to use. It's pretty much out of the question to switch back and forward between the cradle mode and booster mode while your baby is around the six to seven month mark and still not a reliable sitter - unless you have serious masochistic tendencies!

Found it a bit hard to justify the cost in the beginning but now we have it we love it.For new borns you really must have the liner there is not enough support as is.The height the chair goes to is great our baby is at eye level when we eat at the dining table. The Bloom has been refined over the years and is now at its best. There are lots of chairs out there but nothing quite like the Bloom. It looks great and it works.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Shashe excellent product but terrible delivery
This is an excellent highchair. The colour is great and it looks fantastic in the kitchen. It's great for a newborn but the snug (which needs to be ordered separately) is essential. With this highchair I have been able to get back into the kitchen. I can do the washing up with baby beside me knowing that he is at a safe height off the ground. He loves the view and the swivel action means that when he gets bored I can alter his position to give him something different to look at.
The chair is delivered straight from the supplier. John Lewis informed me that the supplier would contact me to arrange delivery. That didnt happen, a courier company simply turned up one day with the item and more or less dumped it on my door step. I was less than happy with this as the item is very heavy and I was left to struggle with this up the stairs, not great after major surgery. I would strongly recommend that John Lewis review the delivery arrangements for this item as it is not to the standard that one would expect from them.

I ordered this because the fact I could use from birth appealed to me. It's fantastic just to put him in whilst in the kitchen as you can have them right next to you.
The snug is a must.
He loves it to!
Think he could sleep in it for hours given the choice!
Although a lot more expensive than the average high chair.... this is no average high chair!

I bought a bloom fresco highchair last year. Within 14 months, the seat broke. I was promised a replacement seat, as it was well within the 2 year guarantee. 5 months later, I am still waiting and Bloom won't respond to messages.
The seat does not provide enough support at the crucial 7-9 month stage so it is particularly frustrating that it cannot be used now we have got past that stage.

Its a great piece of kiddy engineering and looks uber swanky in the kitchen. Only minor complaints are that there are few untidy screw gaps exposed in the plastic around the seat (spoils the clean lines). Plus the wheels on one side do not really help ( we thought it would be much more mobile) but you have to literally drag the heavy beast around as the wheels only kick in if you are at a very specific angle.
