A lightweight foundation alternative for dry, dehydrated skin. The formula is ultra-rich, luxurious, and blends easily, giving skin a dewy, glowing look with light coverage. SPF 25 helps protect skin against damaging UVA and UVB rays. Contains glycerin, shea butter and squalane, which deeply moisturize skin; vitamin A and carrot extract, which help reduce the appearance of fine lines; and angelica seed and chamomile oil, which soothe and calm skin. Dermatologist tested.

Best foundation ever ! I love this product as it gives me good coverage without being heavy. I use the Light to Medium Tint which makes my face look slightly tanned with a healthy glow. I use a little serum first or light moisturizer. Applied with a foundation brush it is easy to blend in. I am outdoors a lot and my skin can become dry but this Moisturizing Balm keeps my skin dewy looking all day.. 12 March 2013

Tinted moisturiser A lightweight product, blends fairly well although I felt that colour & moisture in one product doesn't really work. I would prefer to moisutrise and then use a light foundation. 07 August 2012

Lovely light tinted balm For years I have searched for a foundation or tinted moisturiser that wouldn't leave a tide mark or make my dry, slightly sensitive skin flaky. Finally, with this product I have found it! The balm needs to be warmed up slightly on your hands first and then smoothed over skin. It' gives just enough coverage and even has sun protection too! 09 November 2011

Excellent product ! I have been using this product for at least 3 years and can't recommend it highly enough. I am 66 years old and this moisturiser helps makes my skin look healthy and dewy. Many people comment on how well I look - and believe me it must be this product! Just love it. Only drawback is when I travel abroad I have to decant into a smaller pot - wish it came in two sizes!! 13 October 2011

Fabulous! I absolutely love this product - it has a light texture and gives a natural coverage as well as a lovely glow and shine to the skin - great for people like me with slightly dryer skin. I still use a moisturiser underneath and then pop this on top, a little bronzer and I am done. 28 September 2011

Excellent foundation + skin care Before I have discovered this product I was using BB moisturising foundation which i was very pleased with, but needed higher SPF factor and less coverage for summer. It is not mentioned but this product has SPF 25. I use very light moisturiser under and apply the Balm all over the face (it glides easier and coverage is not too thick). It gives a great tint and glam, healthy shine to the skin. A little bit of blush, mascara - and you are ready to go in minutes! Highly recommended ! PS. A little bit goes a long way here - had it for 3 months now and there is still more than 55% left in the jar. 21 July 2011

Faulty, but usually I love love love this product This is the absolute best tinted foundation I have ever used - great colour and perfect moisture. My only suggestion is that it should come in a sqeeze tube...However, I did have a minor problem because the texture and mix was not as it should be when it arrived by courier...I took it back to Bobbi Brown in a JL store and they immediately exchanged it, and also agreed that the consistency was not as it should be - there may have been a batch problem? Anyway, great product usually...and well done JL once again for great customer service when I exchanged it. 24 June 2011
