Fantastic cleaner I bought this in place of of a bagless cleaner. The suction is fantastic and the long cable means I can get most of the house done from 1 socket & I was able to use it in the car without an extension cable. I also love the auto cable rewind rather than having to push a button although I would advise to be careful when near the top of the stairs with this as the hoover tends to pull back really quickly when this activates. The telescopic tube is great for the stairs and it's really quiet. This is definitley the best of the budget cleaners and has features like the lower power motor not fould on more expensive hoovers. The only annoying about this hoover was the section in the manual that suggested I should put the Bionic filter into it first but it wasn't 100 percent clear that there isn't one of those filters included so maybe Bosch may consider making this included as standard or not bother with it at all. 28 April 2013

Bought this for a Christmas present for my son . He loves it! He said the vacuum cleaner is perfect for the mix of tiled,laminate and carpeted floors of his property.It looks great and performs well would definitely recommend to others to buy. 14 January 2013

Impressed! Whilst this was a little more than I was going to spend (I have always got cheap ones in the past) I put my trust in the selections at John Lewis and am glad I did. I got my machine yesterday, and I am really impresed. It's small, light and very powerful which is perfect for my tiny flat with little storage and wooden floors with hard to clean gaps. I'll admit I was feeling slightly annoyed at having to spend money in January on a hoover of all things, after my old machine died on me mid new year clean. But it was well worth the money. 07 January 2013

Fantastic vacuum cleaner This vacuum cleaner is lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and very powerful. Compared to our old Hoover (over 10 years old) this picks up so much more and is great on cat hairs. I haven't had to change/empty/purchase hoover bags yet so can't comment on that, but in terms of performance it's great. 21 November 2012

Not robust enough We researched vacuum cleaners in Which. This machine has been a Which Best Buy (on more than one occasion) but we were very disappointed with it and have returned the cleaner. The top came completely apart from the bottom, where one of the tiny plastic front hinges/lugs was virtually non-existent. Also, the vacuum bag is tiny, and will need repeated emptying or replacing. We have now bought a Dyson 24, which cost twice as much, but is much more robust and we expect it to last much longer. 21 November 2012

Good value I was pleased to be able to get a bosch vacuum cleaner at this price, and though we haven't had it for long, it has worked very well so far. Unlike my last vacuum cleaner, I find it easy to carry about the house. The fact that it's extendable is useful, and it looks inconspicuous. My only criticism is that the head can be difficult to remove. 16 November 2012

Super little hoover! Very deceptive - but let me tell you, this little hoover packs a mean punch! Equally as good as my previous bigger hoover - great suction and agree with the other reviews - well worth the money and ideal when you don't have much space like me.
