On the hob heating with panache, the Bosch PCP615B90B moulded gas hob has arrived in bold, brushed steel with four burners, cast iron pan supports and stylish round front-mounted control knobs. It complements all of Bosch’s new ovens.

The Bosch PCP615B90B offers variable power settings, including one high speed gas burner, one-hand ignition for cooking convenience and a flame failure device for peace of mind. Factory set for connection to mains gas. Suitable for conversion to LPG (jets included).

It's a hob, really! The hob is as it looks on the picture, has four burners of varying sizes and is a nice brushed steel. The controls are clear and easy to use. There's a slight weirdness in that when you light a burner you have to turn the gas below full before you release the button, but this isn't exactly a difficult technique to pick up. 25 November 2011
