Bosch TDS1220GB Power Steam Generator Iron, Black 1 5 2 2

Very poor iron I had this iron bought for me as a gift and although it is supposed to be non-drip, water was leaking all over my white laudry within minutes and causing small water stains. It creates a lot of steam but doesn't seem to have any effect on the quality of the ironing. I filled the 400ml tank and after ironing 4 pillowslips, I had to refil! I returned the iron to store and received the usual excellent customer service and was offered an alternative immediately with no fuss. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and this was during a very busy Sunday afternoon! 16 October 2012

Too much steam It does iron well, but is horrible to use and it either produces too much or no steam. It is awkward to hold the handle without pressing the steam button all the time. It doesn't seem to be good for ironing delicate items. 07 October 2012
