great phones We've had these phones for about a month now and think they are fantastic. With only one outlet in the house, these 4 phones work fab and you can rename each handset so that you return them to their assigned room. We really like the intercom function and it's easy to transfer calls from one phone to another (our old cordless phones didn't offer that function). We entered names and numbers into one handset and then were able to easily copy the entire listing into the other handsets. Delivered quickly to our local waitrose. No complaints here. 28 August 2012

phone review for bt inspire very unhappy; only got it very recently on line from JL and already one of the phones does not work and is inaudible to incoming callers. I will ask JL to replace it but have had no time to do so as yet. 12 June 2012

Basic I bought these phones as I needed to be able to attach a headset to it for better hands-free use. It has the headset function but no clip on the phone to attach it to yourself so you still have to hold it! I also found that the "end call" button was not very sensitive - you have to press it quite hard to ensure you have ended the call. The "BT" button is right beneath the zero and is easily pressed instead. If you don't hold the mouthpiece really near your mouth you may get complaints that you're too quiet. On a more positive note, they are easy to hold and ring tones are easy to hear. They look smart and it's handy having 4. Good feature on the screen it tells you how many calls you have had today. 08 May 2012

Fabulous Phones I bought these for my 80 year old parents. They wanted new telephones that are easy to use and have good sound quality. These Inspires fit the bill perfectly. My parents have even found the intercom function easy to operate and very useful. They look very stylish too. 03 May 2012

Good purchase I took some time looking into different quad phones and I am really pleased with this purchase. The set up was really easy and they look really nice too. The speaker phone in particular has crystal sound quality, the best I have come across and the intercom is an added bonus too. Would recommend as a quality purchase and good value for money. The only down side was getting used to putting the phone in the correct position in the cradle, without it falling out, however I have no problems now. 11 April 2012

An excellent system Easy to set up. Instructions fairly clear from downloadable manual - you really need to do this. You can programme in names on one phone but need to copy these other. It doesent't say it but best to have one handset as a master and do all updates there. However, you need to delete from slave phones and copy all afresh from master. Not a real bg problem. Sound quality good. V happy - after a month 05 April 2012
