Lovely design, break easily I ordered 5 off these mugs and three were broken in transit. John Lewis immediately replaced them, no quibbling, and they arrived today, two of them broken! This is such a shame as the design is lovely. I haven't washed them yet, but will be extra careful with them. Fantastic customer service from John Lewis though. 10 December 2012

Excellent product and customer service - as usual I ordered six of these gorgeous mugs as a housewarming present to myself! They are good quality, perfect for a large cuppa and look great. I've received lots of compliments on them. You can also put them in the dishwasher/microwave. One of the mugs was broken on arrival and John Lewis immediately replaced without any fuss (i.e. having to send the broken bits back) - excellent customer service as usual. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend. 25 April 2012
