Q & As

Chef'n Palm Peeler 2.3 5 3 3
Great little Peeler This palm peeler is really easy to use especially if you are unable to use a knife or the usual hand type peeler because of arthritis. 13 May 2014
Don't waste your money Bought this thinking it might revolutionise my potato peeling drudgery but how wrong I was!! It is designed to fit into the palm of your hand whilst peeling but as this means you cannot see the potato it makes the process very difficult. Mine now resides in the bin and has been replaced by a cheaper more efficient type! 08 February 2014
Disappointing Most of the good reviews I've read elsewhere about this product are by people with manual infirmities, but as someone who isn't suffering with these, I found the peeler very inconvenient to use. I tried it on a potato and found that my hand covered the potato and so I couldn't see what I was doing. As a consequence, there was a great danger of slicing off the tips of the fingers which held the potato. So although I didn't start off with a hand infirmity, there was a good chance that I would end up with one if I continued to use it! 23 November 2013
