Q & As

Rated 4 out of 5 by At last! Now I've got the sizes I wanted. These are really difficult to find elsewhere. 21 April 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by No more sets of compasses and set squares for me! I really enjoy quilting, and mostly do log cabin quilting which does not involve any tricky shapes (just strips of fabric), but I saw these and thought they looked quite handy. No more sets of compasses and set squares for me! I've now got accurate triangles, diamonds (or should I say, trapezoids) and hexagons ready made, with seam allowances and everything! The plastic is just right, sturdy enough so that you don't have to worry about breaking the shapes, but thin enough not to hinder you tracing them out. They are also quite fun for cutting out shapes with coloured paper and making patchwork paper designs, or even just for tracing different patterns onto paper and colouring in different patterns. (I'm a creative type in case you hadn't guessed.) So yes, highly recommended overall for accurate-geometric-creative-fun-times, in whatever medium and for whatever age! 12 May 2012
