Delia Smith is renowned for her vast collection of recipes. Her latest book created in association with the Delia Online Cookery School is a contemporary makeover of her 1977 publication Delia's Book of Cakes.
Retaining the much loved favourites that have stood the test of time such as coffee and walnut sponge and cherry cake while introducing some contemporary recipes such as chunky marmalade muffins, over 90% of the recipes in this book can be made gluten-free.
Each one of the 100 recipes in the book can be baked in one of the products from Delia's first bakeware range, while free access to step-by-step video demonstrations provide everyone with the knowledge they need to achieve perfect results every time.
