Q & As

Eva Solo Bird Feeder 2 5 4 4
Beautiful but useless I was given one of these birdfeeders from your Company 18 months ago for Christmas. It hangs in the same tree as my original globe birdfeeder, and is just as close to thick shrubs for cover. I only saw the Eva feeder visited by a bird twice in the first 12 months, whereas the globe feeder was having to be replenished every other day. This summer the charm of gold finches has grown so large that some birds get bored of waiting to get on the globe feeder and will occasionally resort to the Eva feeder, but still very rarely. The annoying thing has been that once a month I have had to throw away all the unwanted seed from the Eva feeder and replace with new. However now I have a worse problem; the squirrels have learnt how to get inside the Eva feeder, something they cannot do with the globe feeder! 16 June 2013
Beautiful Brought this mainly for its design as it was completely different from our other feeders, hung in our garden for three tears with no one so much as landing on it then to our delight we saw a robin eating who must have told his friends because since then we now have a queue for a feast of sunflower hearts on the most stylish feeder we've ever had. Top marks all round. 11 May 2013
Style over substance Looks beautiful, but the birds won't use it. Squirrels however, are hilarious when they get right inside. The one star is for the entertainment it has given us from the squirrels, and for the fact that it looks beautiful in a modern garden. It is, though, a disappointing product from the bird feeding point of view! 01 July 2012
Eva Bird Feeder Although it looks nice, the birds do not like it. Maybe it is because it swings in the wind. A very expensive and disappointing product. 16 January 2012
