Extending Kitchen Towel Rail, 2 Arm
Instructions would help
Very happy with the rail. It is mounted under the worktop overhang at the end of a run of cabinets, so is accessible from the side as well as by pulling it out.
Just one little complaint - with no instructions, it was only as I was fitting it that I discovered the rail assembly can be rotated by 90 degrees.
So we can screw it into the bottom of the worktop, and still have the two bars side-by-side. A pleasant surprise, but knowing in advance would have been better.

Very well made and compact.
The product is well made and is ideal for the position that I wanted it for. The materials used are also of a high quality. However the operation eg pulling out the rails is quite tight, making it a little difficult to use. Hopefully it will loosen up over time.

A very useful towel rail
This is a very good towel rail. Sturdy and easy to fit. It would be useful if the two arms extended individually but very satisfactory as it is.

Badly designed product
I find this towel rail very awkward to us. it doesn't slide out easily and because both rails come out together, if you're storing both a hand towel and a tea towel on the rails, it's a real nuisance putting the towel you've used back on the rail. We end up having the rails extended fully all the time as it's such a pain to push them back, which rather defeats the point of the rails! Very fiddly and frustrating - not to mention, expensive.. Very disappointed with this product.

At long last a sturdy extendable towel holder for the kitchen. Am so pleased with this as the one we had previously was rubbish. The arms can feel a bit stiff when extending them but I think this is better than them moving too freely as they then become too loose. It is quite versatile when fitting into an existing space and overall good value for money.
Once again brought this item through the buy and collect service which is so easy and efficient.

I think this towel rail is a good idea when you have it under your worktop in kitchen, handy to pull out.

No fuss extending towel rail
Lightweight, smooth gliding, very reasonably priced and simple to fix.

Does the job!
We looked around and there doesn't seem to be many of this type of holder on the market. This one is better than another we had seen in a major DIY chain shop. And the price is reasonable. Easy to fit, we side mounted it. OK for tea towels and a small hand towel. It would not take the weight of a larger towel, but then it's for the kitchen. Extending mechanism is a little stiff, may free up with use and an application of silicon.
