Q & As

Rated 3.1 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good but flawed Nice to use but software for synchronisation is a pain. My address book was corrupted by the Quik-Sync programme installing an additional prefix in front of some random telephone numbers. So be careful ! You can download this programme from the web for your operating system. I did not synchronise but dragged and dropped the addresses into the applications window. I also did not put in any country or area prefixes when asked into the handset or the application on my computer. I diid this the first time and it still told me they were different and then as I say put these prefixes in front of some of my telephone numbers. The manual does not tell you that you can download the program for synchronisation but if you go to the website you can find it for both Mac and PC. Lots of other features and the hands-free and general usability are good, not iPhone good but still makes the handset pleasurable to use. It really just depends on whether you want to spend the money! 19 September 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The Software needs to be Upgraded It is great in many respects, but the software is not fully tested. For example, one can reasonably expect it to work like a mobile phone but, from the initial menu, some entries take you to a dead end and not to another menu that helps a new user to quickly sort him or herself out. 08 July 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Awful Such a dreadful design..unslick, slow, locks-up but look pretty from the outside. The most buggy phone I've ever come across…genuinely DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY 17 February 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible phone! This phone looks great! But. It doesn't work. * Clunky operating system * Terrible user interface * Crashes frequently - causing total reboot * Unresponsive and sluggish touch screen * Muffled, low volume speaker phone option * Poor quality microphone I bought this phone because it looked great but didn't expect such a dreadful phone for the money. 17 February 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by almost brilliant Very easy to set up, looks absolutely brilliant and feels nice and sturdy, not lightweight and flimsy. Only problem is the volume, the ring tone is too low as is the volume when listening to a call, we really have to concentrate to hear the caller, it's not just my tired old ears, my 20 something daughters say the same thing. I really must go to the Web site to see if there is a software upgrade that might improve the sound and then it would warrent 5 stars. 31 December 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Hopeless The biggest problem is that it sounds muffled, you can hardly hear what the other person is saying. Sometimes when you try to dial a number it won't work, the numbers just don't respond until you've messed about swapping to different menus and then finally it works. The screen can also be so super sensitive try to dial numbers and they repeat, and you end up pressing buttons with your face while you're on the phone. I hate this phone and wish we'd taken it back immediately but we stupidly never got around to it. 29 December 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible, terrible phone Besides the looks, everything else about this phone is awful. Interface is clunky and not at all intuitive, many functions and settings are difficult to find. Menus change mid-call, so if you dial a number and then choose the keypad because you want enter number for phone banking, suddenly the keypad will disappear. Worst of all it's shockingly slow, keypad response etc. I've got 2 of these and after 18 months I'm getting something else. REALLY, this ISN'T a landline version of an iPhone. 08 December 2013
