Q & As

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hoya Lens Filter. Excellent. Reduces glare when on holiday assuming there is sun!. 28 July 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Essential addition to my new lens I bought this filter to protect the optical surface of my new Telephoto Zoom Lens. It fulfills the purpose exactly as required: 'protection without being apparent' while taking pictures and in the final result. 08 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by As Expected its A quality Filter As Expected its A quality Filter, it fit perfectly, it does its job. 06 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by For safety's sake It is always a good idea to have a filter to protect your lens from damage - much better to replace a cracked filter than try to repair a broken lens. These UV filters are also designed to cut down any fogginess caused by sunlight to make your pictures look sharper and clearer. This is an ideal gift for someone starting out with a DSLR or if they have just bought a new lens. Check the diameter of your lens before buying a filter to make sure you get the right size. This 58 mm for example is the correct size for an 18-55 mm Canon lens that comes with the 550D, 600D, and 650D kits. 30 September 2012
