The early part of the year can be a bit blue; Christmas is over, we're trying valiantly to stick to our get-fit and detox programmes, plus it's cold and frosty outside. So what better way to treat yourself and lift the mood than to indulge in a little bathroom reinvigoration? Whatever your budget there are some great ways to change the look and feel of your bathroom, and make it a happy spa haven where you can retreat and relax.
Refreshing your bathroom doesn't have to mean a massive overhaul. If your bath, sink and toilet are all in good shape, then you have a perfect blank canvas to work with, and can focus on the furniture and accessories.
If you're looking to make some larger scale changes to your bathroom to bring in the new year, then a great place to start is with some new furniture.
