I have some really tough marks in my carpet. I've tried carpet cleaner but it didn't seem to do much - have you got anything you'd recommend?
ChemDry Stain Extinguisher (822 12914 - available in our shops) is a really effective carpet and upholstery cleaner. It's very simple and quick to use and won't leave water stains once the stain has been removed. If you think the stain may be oil or grease-based then Janie dry carpet cleaner is great and removes stains from most materials.
I've been staying at a friend's house and accidentally spilled red wine on one of her cushions. I really need to get it out before she comes back! What can I use?
Gonzo red wine remover is perfect for just about every red wine stain.

Sticky Label Remover are both brilliant products for tackling this sort of sticky mark. Once you've used them, you'll never look back.
I have a silk tie which has a small mark on it and I can't seem to get it out. I think it might be oil-based, so water just isn't working! Do I have any chance of getting rid of it?
For delicate materials, first try Janie Dry Spot Cleaner. You don't need to use water, just apply, wait and brush off! For really tough stains, I would highly recommend Gonzo stain remover (822 16707 - available in our shops). It's just fantastic and can be used as a pre-wash treatment, spot cleaner or even on upholstery and carpets!
Is there anything I can put in the wash which will help tackle stubborn everyday stains?
Dri Pak Soda Crystals or Method Laundry Detergent are both designed to go in your washing machine along with your usual laundry soap to really work on a whole host of clothing stains. We also offer an eco-friendly alternative from Ecozone which is particularly effective on grease marks.
My sofa is starting to look a bit tired and has a few marks on it. What can I use to bring it back to its original state?
Scotch Guard Fabric Cleaner (822 12908 - available in our shops) can be used either as a spot stain remover or an all over cleaner. It will also leave a protective layer to help to keep your sofa looking cleaner for longer.
I've just discovered my toddler has drawn on one of my walls and I can't seem to get it off! Am I going to have to repaint my wall?
Before you try anything else, try Ecozone stain removers. They're foam blocks that are great little surface cleaners. Simply add water and wipe!
