Switching to a summerweight duvet with a natural filling allows skin to breathe, and feels super soft. Lightweight 4.5 tog is as warm as a blanket with the comfort and security of a plump, full duvet. An all-seasons combination duvet is a worthwhile investment, as the two components - typically 4.5 tog and 9 tog - can be used separately in summer and spring/autumn respectively, or poppered together for cold nights. It definitely works out cheaper than buying separate duvets too.
