This generously sized roaster from Jamie Oliver has deep sides, so it's perfect for large cuts of meat or a big old helping of sweet roast Mediterranean veg. The roaster is made of robust carbon steel with a durable non-stick coating inside and out for easy cleaning and food release. Secure handles give you a good grip and the roaster is dishwasher safe for a fuss-free clean-up.
The roaster is also ideal for a classic roast chicken. Simply sit your bird on a bed of onions, carrots and celery to make a gorgeous gravy base. After the bird is cooked and resting, use the base to make gravy in a hob-safe saucepan.
