Jamie Oliver Garlic Slice 'n' Press
Worst product I have ever purchased
Can you leave no stars? The back chamber can only hold one small clove or the handle cannot shut properly, even with one clove this is still an effort to get the chambers lined up to allow a press. The slicer only manages to slice just over half a clove with the rest stuck in the slicing pot, have to cut the partial slices off and remove the chamber and use a knife to get the rest out which remains stuck between the slats. Gadgets are supposed to make life easier, not complicate and create more hassle. Would not recommend at all and have thrown mine away.

Jamie Oliver Garlic Press
Although Jamie says don;t bother to peel the garlic, I found that the skin blocked the holes in the press, which I had to pick out, even after having been in the dishwasher.
I now peel the garlic and have no cleaning problem. I am pleased with this product,

fab, does the job
heavier than expected, quite well made. crushes and chops. little fiddly at times to clean but most garlic crushers are. worth the extra for the quality feel, hubbie loves it and can shoot a garlic clove out single handed into the pan, he is very happy with his christmas gift !!

Efficient, easy to use, easy to clean
I have bought two Jamie Oliver Garlic Press's. One for myself and then one for my son as he was impressed when he borrowed it. The best price I could find was from John Lewis. An understated product that is robust, efficient, easy to use, easy to clean and makes using fresh garlic a no chore event.

Long needed, finally found
A truly wonderful device which does exactly what it says it will do. No more messing around peeling garlic, no waste and perfect slices.

really useful item
This really does crush the garlic without the need to peel it first. After seeing Jamie Oliver doing this I tried with my other 2 garlic crushers, neither of which could do the job. This one gets every last bit of garlic out and clean up is simple. The empty garlic shell lifts out stuck to the plunger bit. I love this gadget. It really works!

Garlic Slice 'n' Press
A really nice garlilc press although when you leave the skin on and press you have to be quite strong to get the garlic through. My advive would be to peel the garlic first. The slicer is a very nice add on for recipies that require sliced as oppossed to crushed garlic. All in all a very nice and welcome addition to my kitchen.
