simple to use this phone is very simple. i wanted an easy to use phone with just basic features, it is so very easy to set up and use. It is loud for on site when noisy. It is easy to spot in tool kit because of colour. It seems to be tough although I have not tested how tough it is yet. It is not a smart phone but it is everything you need just for calls, voicemail and texts. I think its great for tradesman. 15 January 2013
