This decorative lamp base is a perfect style for floral fans. Made from hand-blown glass and accented with resin and metal detail, it's internally decorated with skilfully cut-out images of dahlia's and alstroemeria, which appear to grow from the bottom of the oval-shaped base. The background has a subtle, distressed painted finish.

Each hand-blown glass base is decorated using the Victorian technique of Potichomania. This labour intensive method involves a team of designers applying intricately cut-out images and decorative paint finishes to the inside of glass bases, creating highly individual works of art.
