Present for Grandson's 1st Birthday
Well done John Lewis for the excellent delivery service. Ordered Sunday pm received Wednesday am.
A very well made baby walker it was easy to assemble, the colourful stacking bricks look good. Safety aspect is excellent. as it doesn't tip up and rubber on the wheels stops the truck from going too fast. I am sure my grandson will be delighted when he gets it.
Would recommend.

very well made walker
This baby walker is strong and durable. It does not tip easliy and the wheels are not easily rendered out of control for a small toddler.
The bricks are colourful and have the correct lower case and good font on them, approved by educationalists.
A good product compared with others I have seen.

Excellent product
My granddaughter immediately took to this product and would not play with any of her other birthday gifts. She is not yet walking, but with the John Crane Wooden Baby Walker, she spent the rest of the day walking with the walker and reaching and playing with the blocks. I highly recommend this product.

Wheels falling off!
A friend of mine has this walker and my son loved it so I thought I'd buy him one for his first birthday. Unfortunately the wheels kept falling off as soon as he started pushing it along. The bolts securing the wheels are too tight and therefore when the wheels go around, the stuck bolts don't, and the wheels inevitably fall off! I agree with other reviews about the screws for the handle being too small. It's just not put together as well as it could be (or used to be judging by previous positive reviews) which, for this price, is unacceptable. It's going straight back.

Well-made and enjoyable toy
We bought this for our grandchild's first birthday and she loved it immediately, as she wants to be upright, but is not walking yet. We had previously given one to our grandson, who is now two and a half, and he is still getting a lot of play value from it.

Grandaughter loves it
Our Granddaughter was almost walking when we bought this for her 1st Birthday. She had great fun pushing it around and I'm sure it helped to get her balance properly for walking on her own. One small disappointment was that on arrival, the wood was cracked badly in one place, but it was replaced when returned to our nearest store.

Excellent walker
I bought this for my 10 month old son and it's been a big hit. It's pretty sturdy, so he can pull himself up without it over balancing, and has nice rounded edges - some cheaper models have quite sharp corners. It's quite an expensive toy, but gets a lot of use and is easily going to wear through a couple more kids. The bricks are mostly used for chucking about at the moment, but I'm sure they will come in handy later on.

Strong and Sturdy
Compared to other plastic walkers that I have tried, this walker is sturdy and strong. My son is able to pull himself up without falling on his front (like he has with most of the other walkers).
It's solid and the bricks are also an added bonus.
Only negative thing is that I found it hard to fix the top handle as the screws wouldn't go in and it took a lot of effort as they were too large for the holes. Also, I found it quite expensive in comparison to the other wooden walkers on the market; but I chose this one mainly for the height as well as the good reviews. The other ones were all of shorter height in comparison. This ones height really is perfect.
If it wasn't for the price and the handle I would've given 5 stars.
