Q & As

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 56 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Limited letters Lovely bricks and tray but one brick has the only Y, L, J and K. (Jelly is impossible!) This really limits the words we can make with the bricks. Disappointing that they haven put much thought into letter dispersion. In particular, if you are only going to provide these letters once, why put them all on the same brick? Plenty of Z. 07 February 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Quality control must be non-existant! Persuaded to purchase because of reviews and the John Lewis reputation. Bought via click and collect at Waitrose Billericay, Essex. We bought our grandson this trolley for Christmas. however on unwrapping the present, we saw that the wooden tray was damaged with a split in the wood and the rubber on one of the wheels was torn. My daughter took the trolley back to her local John Lewis store in Reading, hoping to exchange it but the shop assistant took two more from the shelf and upon checking found them both had damaged wooden trays. One had a mild crack and the other a larger crack with splinters. They were so bad the store assistant removed them from the shelves altogether. We were all disappointed as we were really pleased with the design of the trolley and from the reviews we were expecting it to be of good quality and long-lasting. It cannot be coincidence that three trolleys were badly damaged. It would be interesting to have a report back from your supplier on how these trolleys managed to get through their quality control system. 02 February 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Christmas Present Bought as a present for my 10 month old granddaughter. She loves it and is using the walker to help her balance. The bricks are fun as well she is just knocking them over towers at the moment! My son and his wife are also very happy with the walker. 27 January 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliantly made and much loved! Given to my Granddaughter for Christmas, this baby walker has been so popular. She loves piling up the bricks and putting them in and out of the walker...and now they have encouraged her to crawl if she can't reach them! She is 11 months so the walking will happen any day soon and then she will be off with her new walker - and a trail of bricks to play with. Great product. 26 January 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 perfect for the purpose we bought this for our grandson for Xmas and now 10 months old this week he is walking around using this baby walker. 20 January 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by A classic Well made, sturdy, colourful and intuitive for a 1 year old learning to walk. The only adaptation I would suggest is the ability to turn as a child of that age is unable to turn it. 20 January 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Traditional Traditional well constructed sturdy walker. The blocks are just the right size for small hands. 07 January 2016
