Lightweight, excellent make up mirror!
Making up for ladies who wear glasses is always difficult. This mirror is so light to hold and magnifies perfectly to enable easy making up/tweezering.

Great magnification but...
The magnification of the mirror is great, especially when it comes to eye brow plucking! However I've only had the mirror a few months and actually only use it once or twice a week (and rarely take it out with me) and the acrylic handle has snapped off already. This is a bit annoying as one of the reasons I bought it was that you can stand it up using the handle.

Really high magnification giving a super detail which is just as I needed.
Downside .... wrinkles also in super detail.......

Not being able to see without my glasses and having progressed through the various magnification mirrors this 10X magnification gives perfect vision with no distortion and thouroughly recommend....

Very good made in England mirror
Very good quality mirrror purchased for my daughter who appreciates the good things in life. The John Lewis buyers must be congratulated for sourcing something made in the UK. Please pass on my comment to them.

The older I get, the harder it is to see to put makeup on, etc. Most magnifying mirrors are x3; few are x10. This mirror is so clear - from edge to edge. It is also very stable, having an angled stand that can be adjusted to your requirements. It is also very comfortable if hand held instead. I have mine standing on the windowsill in my bedroom and it looks sleek, slimline and attractive - but better still, it's functional and practical.
Full marks for the design, quality, magnification and clarity of the mirror itself.
It I had to find something negative to consider... it is that having my face clearly magnified at x10 is not a pretty sight....
