Consistently dependable Kitchen equipment has to be useful, robust and last a long time. Whilst initially this is a bit of a layout for one pan, it is everything that JL promise, easy to clean, even spread of heat and a pleasure to use. Whilst "buy cheap, buy twice" is not infallible, it is a reasonable guide where kitchen equipment is concerned. The JL own brand is very reliable and better value than a lot of other "flash in the pan" name labels. No hesitation in reccomending this at all and I strongly suspect it will go to at least 25 years. 27 November 2012
