The easy-to-read and operate LCD display shows measurements up to 5kg (11lbs) in 1g/0.1oz increments, for weighing dry ingredients in imperial or metric.
The add and weigh 'tare' function allows you to reset the scale weight to measure out multiple ingredients in one bowl, to save on cleaning up. The hygienic glass platform is easy to wipe clean when you're finished.
