Pretty good At first it looks flimsier than it really is. Although plastic it's pretty sturdy. I bought it to try an help with my balance as I have a medical issue which affects it. So far 2 weeks of daily use and I think it's helping. Aside from that, using the attachments you can feel it excersising your arms and shoulders as weel as your core. The excersise benefit may reduce with time as it's not that difficult to start with, but so far seems worth it. 09 January 2013

Excellent addition to a home gym The balance board is a great addition to the home gym, or if you need to do some work on proprioception or hip strength. The board has a rounded base to create instability and you would squat whilst maintaining balance. For physical therapy you would perhaps tie a theraband around your knees which will help strengthen and stabilise your hip structures, or proprioception improvements you'd slowly squat to hip level and up again. Either way, this is a great product for both. Much cheaper than the bosu! 08 August 2012
