Our carbon steel roaster set is made of durable carbon steel that heats evenly for better results. The non-stick coating prevents food from sticking and it's easy to clean. It's dishwasher safe but washing by hand is recommended to prolong the life of the coating. The set is oven safe to 230°C, freezer safe and includes two roasting trays in key sizes.
