John Lewis Ceramic Ivory Table Fork

Product information

These pretty pieces sport ceramic handles in ivory white for an elegant, neutral look that will compliment any table setting.

Ceramic is a beautiful and delicate material, and as such extra care needs to be taken when using this cutlery to extend its life. We would recommend ensuring cutlery is stored carefully, and only hand washing the cutlery.

Croft Collection is beautiful and considered. Neutral in palette, tactile by nature, it evokes a relaxed feel you'll come home to forever.

Q & As

Rated 2.6 out of 5 by 9 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Aesthetically pleasing This is almost identical to my review for the knife and spoon in this range. Have had this style for a while and decided to increase our set. Sadly, you do not sell desert knives, forks or spoons which would allow us to have a full place setting. They are very attractive, a pleasant change from the ubiquitous stainless steel sets. The fork balances nicely in the hand. They wash well in the dishwasher. A minor problem is the handles are slightly heavy and can fall off the plate if you do not take a little care. We have broken one but it hasn't stopped us buying more. I hope you don't discontinue the range soon. 22 September 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Keep fingers clean using this one simple trick... In the years before buying this item my hands were never clean... always seemed to have grease and carbonara sauce on them. Since using this utensil to stab food and put it in my mouth, however, they've been spotless! I've never looked back. 09 June 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Awful Quality! My partner and I bought 8 of these, along with matching spoon and knives last Christmas. One by one, they've either bent, snapped or the ceramic has cracked. These are extremely poor quality. Don't waste your money. Seven months later we're going to have to replace the whole set! I won't be going to John Lewis for the new ones that's for sure. 29 June 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed i love the cutlery and accepted breakages though disappointing ( i have a stone floor) I purchase a set for 8 people and 6 months later the silver on the handle joint is coming away and revealing a horrible yellow colour. They look tatty and dirty. They are washed in a dishwasher. The forks have suffered most to date.I will have to start to replace my cutlery with a different style.Breakages one thing but not washing well-for that reason i would not recomend though i really like them . 26 March 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Easily broken I bought 4 knives and forks from this range just two months ago. So far 3 of them have fallen and broken. Ceramic handles and tiled floors do not go well together! It seems to me these fall more easily than other knives and forks I have had for years. I had intended to buy more from this range but instead I will buy cheap and cheerful brasserie range cutlery. They can fall but they won't break. 09 November 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Thank you John Lewis We bought 12 of each as we liked their appearance. However like another reviewer we found the handles were top heavy and fell from plates to the table and finally finishing on the floor. We used the cutlery for 3 months but yesterday we returned it all to the Oxford Street branch. Without any hassle we received a full refund and purchased the Quadro range which are fine. Thank you John Lewis for your excellent customer care. 10 September 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by poor cutlery I treated my self to a new set of cutlery, they looked nice , we used them, my mistake was to bin the receipt one by one they have cracked and fallen to pieces usually whilst people were eating, a good buy if they are for decoration other wise you will have to do what i did and bin them! 23 July 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stylish cutlery! Really stylish cutlery which we are enjoying using for our summer dining. 09 June 2013
