Pretty.... But Ordered these for Christmas drinks, 2 arrived with chips on the inside of the glass. No idea how this would have happened. Too much faffing about so close to Christmas to arrange replacement, so took the loss. Otherwise very pretty shot glasses. 04 January 2013

Just what I was looking for I purchased this product on-line for a birthday present. They arrived on the Thursday, however, one of the glasses was broken. I called customer services and asked if I could collect another set from the shop as I needed these for Saturday. The girl was so helpful, she said they would re-deliver them the following morning and I could keep or dispose of the other glasses as I so wished. The glasses are really lovely and exactly what I wanted as they were a gift for a man to accompany the bottle of Limoncello that I had bought him, and the way they dealt with the issue of the broken glass was faultless.
