Terrible doll
We bought this and will be returning it. The water leaks everywhere, it does not work as it states and is horrible. There was more water on us than in the doll.

Doesn't work
I wish I'd read the reviews of this doll before I bought it for my nephew. It doesn't cry and it doesn't wee. When you squeeze the bottle, the water just drips out.
I can't return this doll as my nephew seems to have taken to it. Luckily he doesn't know it is meant to wee and cry. He just likes babies.
I can't possibly understand why this doll remained on the shelves when so many reviews are saying that it doesn't work. Surely it can't be right to continue to sell a faulty product? Could anybody from John Lewis explain?

feeding baby for the little ones
The doll is a very real baby .Granddaughter loves it. She spends more time with the bottle than the doll though i must say . Little girls love little dolls that they can feed.

Cheap doll what do you expect?
We bought this based on price alone compare with other dolls eg Baby Annabelle. We managed to force the bottle into the baby's mouth (not poss for my 4 years to do this) then squeezed the bottle hard - the bottle leaked of course but we managed to get some water in and then it managed to wee as described - can make it cry though - we have tried everything but still no crying. And why oh why does the potty have holes in the bottom of it - have the designers not seen a potty before or not realise the concept of a potty - if you a cheap pretty doll then this is the one for you - don't expect too much else. 2 starts for looks only, no stars for functionality.

Does not drink or wet
We could not get the doll to drink the water, it just went all over the place and because it did not drink, it would not cry or wet. However, looking at previous reviews I was aware of this and chose this doll because it was significantly cheaper than the branded versions, which also get similar reviews.

Disappointing
I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas as a first feed/wet doll. I chose the doll because it had a pretty face. Despite trying several times we could not get the doll to wet. I was so disappointed I took it back and got a refund. I wish I'd read the online reviews before I made my purchase! This product is not of the quality I would expect from John Lewis as it simply does not do what it is supposed to.

Very disappointing
This doll simply doesn't work. The bottle has to be squeezed incredibly hard to get any water into the doll, and it then pours straight out of the bottom of its neck. No drinking, no weeing, no crying. Apart from the tears of my three year old daughter on Christmas morning. I cannot believe there was any kind of quality testing done on this. It couldn't possibly have passed.

Didn't work as it was supposed to.
I bought this doll for my 3 year old grandaughter for Christmas and we were very disappointed. She didn't cry and the mechanics to make her wee was far too difficult for a 3 year old to work. I also agree with another reviewer about the round bottom on the bottle and the difficulty getting the bottle into the dolls mouth. I guess you get what you pay for!
