Beautiful cover Ordered this and pillowcase in Mineral as Christmas present along with a JL down duvet. It's gorgeous, light and yet cosy, and what's more, needs no ironing!! What a boon. Colour is a lovely sort of pale Duck egg blue grey, if that makes sense. Ordered "Click and Collect", which was, as usual, no problem. Thanks JL! 11 April 2013

Erin Timeless Seersucker I chose this item as another I chose was not satisfactory, the material this item is made of is very soft due to the pollycotton, and looks lovely on the bed and most of all easy to iron. I wish John Lewis did more variety in pollycotton i.e. different patterns & colours. 10 January 2013

Classic purchase that will never go out of fashion I love seersucker patterns because they are soft and add a bit of interest (versus plain white) without being at all "loud". It looks very nice. As you will be aware from the product description, it's a cotton mix and isn't quite as nice to touch as other 100% cotton seersuckers I have bought in the past, but it feels better or at least as good as equivalent poly cotton fabrics, so as expected. The seersucker is quite wide, probably about 1.5/2cm, probably a relevant thing to mention in case people like their seersucker in narrow stripes. 07 January 2013
