Rated 3 out of 5 by Loki4 Time to use LED bulbs
I purchased a Fenix spotlight to link in with three others previously fitted on the ground floor of my home. I was saddened to see the fitment is still supplied with GU10 bulbs. These bulbs do overheat and shatter which has been stated on previous reviews. I did have this experience myself and after negotiating with John Lewis I replaced them with LED bulbs. The GU10 bulbs supplied with the fitment I have ditched and replaced with LED bulbs. A bit of a waste of money providing unsuitable bulbs in the first place!

Rated 4 out of 5 by incacian Nice light but could do with better information
This is a very nice light and I had it fitted and was very pleased with it. The three bulbs supplied all unfortunately blew within the first 3-4 weeks. This is possibly my wiring rather than any fault of the product, however, when I tried to remove the bulbs to replace them, I could not get them out. I referred to the instructions and they just implied the bulbs should come out easily. I had already worked out they were bayonet type and had pushed and turned. So, they were loose but would not come out. I tried prising them out, managed to chip the edge of a bulb and then cut myself on it! Eventually, I texted the man who had fitted the light for me and he said you can get a suction tool to pull the lights out. So I bought new bulbs and the suction tool (thanks, Homebase) which was just a small, cheap plastic sucker! So, WHY wasn't this either included in the box or at least mentioned in the instructions? It was so easy with the tool but, having never had to change a halogen bulb before, I did not know about it. I'm quite annoyed about the lack of information and I have a sore finger!!

Hello, thank you for a hastle free transaction and the delivery of a wonderfully beautiful light. On times the finish from some online companys in relation to their products is very poor indeed. However John Lewis's reputation in second to none, and the main reason I had no hesitation in buying two of the above lights.
I would greatly reccommend this product, and have no quarms in saying to you, buy this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Osusuki very good lights
they are really adjustable and my handyman fitted 3 of them in well under an hour, one thing to is turn the lights away from shining into your eyes as they caused me migraines till I did that
the only thing that was bad was 2 of the bulbs blew under a week, a visit to the local branch got me 3 replacement bulbs for free which I consider good and is the reason I shop at John Lewis online

This light fixture does the trick. Colour is muted and blends well with the boy's bedroom it has been fitted in. Would recommend as an affordable spotlight plate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Piourk Very nice and stylish but always in your face
These spots look awesome. Very stylish and giving good lighting to a big room.
My only problem with them is that I am using them (I bought 2 sets) to light up my living room and found that which ever way you point them to they always end up in sombody's face. so unless you know exactly where you will be pointing them, they can end up being annoying.
Also these spots can be adjusted up, down or around but they can't turn a ful circle (you can't point them all in one direction) and they only go as high as horizontal. In order to avoid having them pointing in my face all the time I wanted to point them slightly upwards towards the ceiling. You can't do that.

Light is fine. However, bulb has gone after only 3 months and I can't work out how to remove it!
