John Lewis Gingko Roman Blinds, Fennel

Product information

Roman blinds with a simple print of overlapping gingko biloba leaves.

This blind comes with a safety device which you must install to keep cords and chains out of the reach of children and pets.

Move beds, cots and furniture away from the window covering cords, and choose cordless blinds for children's rooms and nurseries. Corded blinds in your home can be retrofitted with safety devices to keep cords taut and out of the reach of children.

Q & As

John Lewis Gingko Roman Blinds 3.3 5 3 3
Lovely blind This was the first time I have bought and fitted a roman blind so I have no comparison, but I found it simple to fit, easy to work and looks great. I bought on line and was not disappointed. 03 August 2013
Poor pulley system Bought these thinking quality would be good. The locking mechanism is not very good and results in blind always being a bit wonky! Works slightly better on the smaller blind but is a problem on larger width blinds. Would be better if they used a regular pull cord system. 14 June 2013
Not as Expected! Having bought four roman blinds in store, of other designs, I decided to purchase three of this style roman blind for my lounge bay window mainly because I liked the fact that the in store blinds used a side winder mechanism not a cord cleet which isn't suitable for upvc windows. Unfortunately they were not available in store only available to order on line. When the three blinds arrived much to my annoyance and disappointment all three blinds were cord and cleet. The online description really needs to detail which mechanism the blinds are supplied with. I know I have the option to return but having purchased the same material in store to make cushions I am goosed and now have to figure out how to attach a cleet to the plastic window frame without screwing into the plastic. 12 May 2013
