Q & As

Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovely fabric This is a really nice fabric, suitable for a traditional style/home. However, if I had first come across the fabric online I would have been confused as the colour is actually cream! My curtains were made up using the 7 day service: they are well made, to specifications and were indeed delivered to my home within 7 days. My only criticism would be the lack of detailed fabric care information: the enclosed leaflet explained that the curtains may need ironing and, indeed, mine did need a little ironing. With no indication anywhere as to what temperature the iron should be, I set it to 'warm' (2 dots) and gently spritzed the worst creases with water. Oh dear - I found that the fabric burnt at this setting... I didn't realise what was happening at first as I have never burnt anything before but luckily it is barely noticeable and I can live with it. So, my advice is to use a COOL IRON! 26 September 2015
